Meet Daphne Marshall
For Daphne Wehling Marshall, real estate has always been about more than houses and property. It’s about people, their stories, and helping them find a place that feels like home.
Daphne’s roots run deep in this part of Oklahoma. She grew up in the Marshall community and graduated from Covington-Douglas High School in 1980. Today, she lives in the Hennessey, Oklahoma area on the family farm originally homesteaded by her grandparents. Having spent most of her life in the area, Daphne knows the small towns, back roads, farms, and communities of northwest Oklahoma—and, more importantly, she knows the people who make them special.
That local knowledge and love for people eventually led Daphne into real estate. She enjoys meeting new people, hearing what brought them to the area, and helping them find the right home, land, farm, or commercial property for the next chapter of their lives.
As Daphne likes to say, “Everyone has a story.” She sees her job as getting to play a small part in that story—helping people find a place where they can build a life, grow a business, raise a family, or make memories.
Her hospitality extends beyond Oklahoma, too. Daphne owns and manages Marshall Condo Rentals in Branson, Missouri, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom vacation condos in the Pointe Royale community. What began as another venture has become one more way for Daphne to do what she enjoys most: helping people find a comfortable place to stay, relax, and make memories with the people they love.
Whether she’s helping a family buy a home, finding a tenant for a rental, selling a piece of land, or welcoming a family to Branson for vacation, Daphne approaches it much the same way: treat people well, listen to what they need, and help however you can.
For Daphne, it really is that simple.
